Ginga Legend Isamu- ch. 29



“Leader!” a Koga named Radhi cries out “a large pack of dogs are coming are way” he says “thank you Radhi” Isamu says “get ready” Isamu says to the ground the large group nods “we’re ready for anything leader” Kondotora barks then licks him lips.  A large wolfhound was leading the pack of 200 dogs or so they thought. “Ah I can see them” he calls out to his pack he lets out a howl. Isamu glances at Mamoru with a leap the wolfhound lands right in front of Isamu. “You are Isamu correct?” he says leaning close to the one year old dog. “That I am” Isamu says nodding “great, I’m Gaidar we come from Tochigi” Gaidar tells them “you wish to join my pack?” Isamu says to the large dog “uh huh” was the grey dogs reply.

Gaidar had scars on his face 3 down his forehead one over his right eye and 2 across his cheek. “Don’t cause any trouble” Kohei warns the new dog who nods in return so Isamu’s pack continued onwards to where Kira’s lair was at.
“That them?” the voice of the collie Sura says while watching from a high cliff above where the pack was running “yeah of course it them” Azar growls at the other platoon leader. “Send the 1st wave of men at them once they reach the bend by the river” Sura tells the Great Dane “aye” he nods and slinks into the woods. The pack was coming around the bend when Gowon says “Isamu-san may I get a quick drink?” Isamu stops “yes but make it fast” the setter nods and trots to the river bend down and lap the water up.  “Ready lets-“ he’s words were cut short as many shadows come charging around the bend and straight towards them.  “Get em!” the lead dog barks as they run forward Isamu group braces those selves for the attack.


The initial crash had been brutal. That’s what Isamu remembered most of all as the bloody battle had begun. The two packs had come together with a series of bone shattering collisions, and moans and whimpers of pain soon followed from all around the black and white akita. Blood had started to fly almost the second the fighting dogs had met in a clash of teeth and claws, and Isamu was already spattered with a good deal of it.
Isamu dodged an attack of a random white dog slashing it’s throat as he went by him then took down another that was in front of him. Mamoru takes down a lab mix by slamming it to the ground then rips if throat out. Kohei and Matlal were side by side the 2 largest dogs in the pack had 6 opponents to deal with. One of the dogs lunges at Kohei only to have it’s head crushed by the mastiff’s paw another dogs teeth get a hit as Kohei snorts as he glares at the dog biting him. He then slams to one side shaking the dog off and crushing him under his weight. A dog slams into Matlal’s chest sending the great Dane to the ground “you may of killed my pack mates old man” the kisu sneers at Matala “but your not killing me” he kicks the Dane in the snout matala take it not even flinching. Matla lunges at the dog grabbing him around the neck and slams him to the ground then throws him into a nearby tree. Out of now where Matla feels fangs sink into his skull the Great Dane falls to the ground immobilized by the attack and the pain itself. “see how they fall?” the dog above him said Matla felt his body being throw about as the dog savaged his body.

“hm so this is how I die eh?” Matla says to himself grunting in pain as a  dogs jaws lock around his neck as the Great Dane feels his life leavening him “I did good” was his last thoughts as his jugular vain was broken and his blood filled the air. “Matla!” Kohei’s voice yells to his now dead friend he charges over killing a whole group of dogs in his way.
Kondotora growls as his slams a dog in the side that was biting Bomani “t-thanks” Kondotora nods as he tackles another dog. Gaidar fangs sinking to a dog’s skull killing the dog. He then throws another dog into the river near him. Floating downstream were many more dead bodies. Yasu snarls as she bites a dog in the foot as more attack her she flips the enemy. Mineo uses his spin attack on one of the dog’s fangs driving into its neck. Radhi picking up a sharp stick off the ground thrust it at his attackers driving them back he then impaled one of the dogs in the head and it fell to the ground dead. Isamu dodged left and right slashing at the many dogs that come at him leavening dead dogs in his wake. “yer my opponent boy” the voice of Azar says from behind Isamu “fine” Isamu growls getting into a fighting stance. Each flew at each other drawing blood on the other. Radhi leaps at Azar his fangs sink into the great danes neck. “Your die by the fangs of a koga dog Azar” Radhi growls at he bites deeper. “Really? Is that how I die?” Azar scoffs as he flips on his side pinning Radhi to the ground the koga still on his neck. Radhi bites deep into the great Danes neck as he is being crushed by Azar’s weight. Radhi slashed at Azar trying to get the dog off him “so am I still going to die by you eh?” Azar says grinning then does a roll scraping the koga dog off him in the process.  Radhi got up grunting with effort then with one quick glace at Isamu he charged at Azar but of course the Great Dane was ready. Effortless Azar’s jaws grabbed the koga by the neck in mid air Radhi hung his limbs flailing uselessly  Azar crushed down his fangs buried deep into the koga’s neck crushing his windpipe and vein Radhi went limp as death took him. “Radhi…” Isamu grunts at the sight of his dead comrade “now it’s your turn little puppy” Azar sneer as the charges at Isamu once again they met in a blur each striking hits against the other. Isamu flashed and zipped around Azar striking him with one hit after the other blood flew in the air at the contact. Azar eyes turned and looked at the river an idea hit him licking his lips he lunged at the akita Isamu leaped high in the air to avoid the attack but Azar shot up as teeth clamped around Isamu’s leg slamming him to the ground then throwing him into the river and leap in after him but in mid air 2 blurs hit him knocking the great dane off center. Isamu brusts up to the water’ surface as he looks around just as the forms of Azar, Kohei and Mamoru disappear beneath the water.
